Welcome to Phone Zone Mobile LLC (phonezone.ae). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Condition
We sell the following categories of products:
- Brand New Devices: Sealed, unused devices covered by official manufacturer warranty only.
- Used Devices: Pre-owned devices sold based on their described condition.
We do NOT sell refurbished devices.
3. Product Authenticity (IMEI)
All devices sold are 100% original and come with valid IMEI/serial numbers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their network provider.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders are only confirmed after successful payment.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Phone Zone Mobile LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
- Pricing errors
- Stock unavailability
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
6. Limitation of Liability
Phone Zone Mobile LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption resulting from the use of our products or website.
7. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
