1. Returns & Exchanges
New Devices:
All sales are considered final once the product has been opened or used.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is sealed, unopened, and in original condition
- Request is made within 24 hours of delivery
- Applicable deductions may apply for payment gateway fees, delivery, and handling costs (in case of change-of-mind returns)
In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law:
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or is not as described, the customer is entitled to inspection, repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.
- In such cases, no deductions will be applied.
All new devices are covered by official manufacturer warranty valid within the UAE through authorized service centers.
Phone Zone Mobile LLC will assist the customer in locating the appropriate service center; however, the technical responsibility remains with the manufacturer or official distributor.
Used Devices:
All used devices are sold based on their described condition and are considered final sale.
By purchasing a used device, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The device condition has been clearly disclosed
- Minor wear and tear is expected
However, in compliance with UAE regulations:
- If a major undisclosed defect is found that affects the core functionality of the device within 3 days of delivery, the customer may request inspection.
- If the defect is verified and was not disclosed, Phone Zone Mobile LLC reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product.
For any approved return request, the IMEI / serial number of the returned device must match our sales records. Any mismatch will result in rejection of the claim.
No returns or claims will be accepted in cases of:
- Physical damage after delivery
- Liquid damage
- Misuse or improper handling
- Software-related issues or user-caused faults
